Welcome to Prim’N’Proper Fittings. By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions involving Prim’N’Proper Fittings, including bespoke tailoring, ready-to-wear clothing, and accessories.

By making a purchase or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Prim’N’Proper Fittings reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be made available in-store or online.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be fully paid before production or delivery begins.

Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other approved channels.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected by price adjustments.

Orders are only confirmed after payment and acknowledgment from our team.
 

3. Bespoke Tailoring Orders

Bespoke garments are custom-made based on the client’s measurements, style preferences, and fabric choices.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Prim’N’Proper Fittings will not be liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements.

One complimentary fitting adjustment is offered within 7 days of collection or delivery. Additional alterations may attract extra charges.

Production timelines vary based on design complexity and fabric availability; any changes will be communicated promptly.

4. Ready-to-Wear Items

Ready-to-wear pieces can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase if they are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags and packaging intact.

Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or issued as store credit, as applicable.

5. Fashion Accessories

Accessories (e.g.Shoes, Slippers, Sandals, jewelry, bags, scarves, belts) are non-returnable for hygiene and quality control reasons, except in cases of factory defects.

Defective accessories must be reported within 48 hours of purchase for review and possible replacement.

6. Delivery & Collection

Delivery timelines vary depending on order type and location.

Prim’N’Proper Fittings is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once items are collected or delivered, responsibility for their care transfers to the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, patterns, and promotional materials remain the intellectual property of Prim’N’Proper Fittings.

Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or use of our designs for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prim’N’Proper Fittings will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the item or service in question.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

All customer data, including measurements and personal details, are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We maintain confidentiality and use secure systems to protect your information.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved under Nigerian law through mutual resolution or, if necessary, appropriate legal channels.

4. Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure and verified payment platforms. We do not store sensitive card or banking information once your transaction is complete.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share limited information only when necessary:

With delivery or courier services to complete your order.

With service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., website hosting or payment processing).

These parties are required to keep your information confidential and use it only for the intended purpose.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

STORE / RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Prim’N’Proper Fittings – Return & Exchange Policy

At Prim’N’Proper Fittings, we take pride in delivering quality clothing and excellent customer service. Our goal is to ensure every client is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing or receiving your order.

1. Ready-to-Wear Items

We accept returns and exchanges on ready-to-wear clothing under the following terms:

Return Period: Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued through the original payment method or as store credit upon request.

Non-Returnable Items: Items bought during sales, promotions, or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Bespoke (Custom-Made) Orders

Bespoke garments are made specifically to your measurements, preferences, and chosen designs. As a result:

No Returns or Refunds: Bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.

Fittings & Adjustments: We offer one free fitting adjustment within 7 days of collection or delivery to ensure a perfect fit.

Measurement Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct measurements. Prim’N’Proper Fittings will not be liable for fitting issues arising from inaccurate measurements.

Design Modifications: After production begins, design changes, cancellations, or refunds are not accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
After verification, we will offer a repair, replacement, or exchange at no extra cost.

Shipping policy 

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on public holidays. In peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 working days. Customers will be informed of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:
Local Delivery (Abuja & Nationwide – Nigeria): 1–3 working days
International Delivery (USA, UK, Australia, Kenya, Sweden): 1–7 working days

Delivery dates may vary based on courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.

4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship from Abuja, Nigeria to the following destinations:

Local: Nationwide across Nigeria
International: USA, UK, Australia, Kenya, Sweden

For destinations not listed, please contact us at Sales@primnproperfittings.com.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

6. Delivery Issues
If your package is:

  • Delayed, please allow an additional 2–5 working days.

  • Lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Damaged, kindly send clear photos of the package and item within 48 hours of receiving it.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order. PRIM’N’PROPER FITTINGS is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Pickup Option
Customers may choose free pickup at our outlet:
